At the bottom of the screen, click into Barneys Credit Card. Then click into “Pay Your Bill Online” on the left side of the screen. If it is your first time paying your bill online, click the Enroll button on top which will prompt you to create an online account with a login and password ID. Once this is done you can view your account details and make payments (please note that in order to enroll for the first time, you must have balance on your Barneys New York credit card).
Shipping
Delivery occurs in 3 to 6 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.
Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days. You may choose to select Two Business Day or Next Business Day air services for expedited delivery.
At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

If you are not delighted with your purchase, Barneys New York offers complimentary returns: simply return the item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, less any original shipping costs if applicable.
To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:
All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
The merchandise must be in saleable condition with tickets attached.
The merchandise must not be altered.
Sale merchandise may not be returned after 30 days.
