There is 48 hours processing period once payment is received. Once watches are shipped , Thomasfake will email you with tracking number so you may track your order.

All exchanges must be addressed within 5 days of receiving products
on thomasfake.com. In order to make an exchange, all watches must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition, with original packing or you will not qualify for an exchange. Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects and/or it was under our mistake.
